To be eligible for a refund, the service must be canceled within the first 8 days of activation, and no data over the monthly limit should have been used.
Once we receive your cancellation request, we will review the account status and usage. We will notify you immediately on the status of your refund after inspection.
If your refund is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your payment provider's policies.
Upon cancellation and approval of the refund, your service will be terminated immediately.
